Biography

She is a historian, printmaker, sculptor, performance artist, singer and educator, but her most fearless medium seems to be bead works. Using virtuoso weaving techniques, she thus creates expansive beaded sculptures and necklaces that use powerful imagery to address or humorously comment on stereotypes, social inequality, and controversial political issues.
