Raoul Pierre Lachenal ( 1885 Châtillon-sous-Bagneux - 1956 Ivry-sur-Seine)

A visionary ceramist.

Raoul Pierre learned in the workshop of his father Edmond and appeared very early with his own works. He established his own workshop in Boulogne-sur-Seine as early as 1911. He worked very freely, his works being entirely associated with contemporary Art Deco. Thus, he also participated in the Exposition des Arts Decoratifs in Paris in 1925.
