Monogram canvas, reinforced beech wood, brass, leather handles. Inside with four drawers and wooden hangers. 110 x 55 x 55 cm. Side locks monogrammed with ‘LV’. Lock inscribed in the centre: ‘70. CHAMPS ELYSEE / PARIS / LOUIS VUITTON / LONDON / 149. NEW BOND STREET / V / MADE IN FRANCE / 08068’. Inside Louis Vuitton label with workshop location ‘ASNIÈRES S / SEINE’, and address details in Paris, Nice, Lille and London as well as the addition ‘MODELL DÉPOSÉ’.

With fire damage to the side, presumably caused by an incendiary bomb during the Second World War. The case is in its original condition.
