Oval silver tray with finely engraved vegetal decoration. Depicting stylized autumn crocuses with dynamically curved lines. The tray complements the successful 'Autumn Crocus' cutlery set, designed by Heinrich Vogeler around 1902/03. 1.5 x 30 x 23 cm. 406 g. Inscribed on the underside with the mark of the jeweler Joseph Krischer Nachfolger, Düsseldorf, the maker's mark of MH Wilkens & Söhne, Bremen, and the fineness. Model number: Krischer N. / Spindelpresse / 800 / Crescen moon and Crown / 128133.
